Earnest Zamba has been using the alias GNL, which stands for “Greatness of No Limit,” for more than a decade now. It is the moniker that many people associate with when discussing the hip-hop industry in Uganda, but it appears that its function has been fulfilled at this point.
The performer who is known as Story ya Luka declared that it is time for him to stop going by that name and begin being referred to simply as G.
“As of today, I have decided to legally change my name to just the letter G! In any case, that is what my loved ones and close friends call me, and “Forest” is aware that the “G” in GNL stands for “Greatness,” he explained.
Feel free to refer to the hip-hop newcomer as Greatness or simply G the next time you cross paths with him. He’s just getting started.
